Compact HIgh-Flow Converter

Has anyone replaced their Catalytic Converter with the new Compact High-Flow Cataltic Converter????? MFG is "Bassani Xhaust" Cost is $149.95 I saw it in one of the Catologs

How can I avoid my converter from being broken?? What should I not do to avoid this problem?
