I was wondering how the fit is
with the positive battery terminal since its L shape over
the side and the optima's have the post further from the edge
compared to a normal battery.
And is it worth the money or should I go with a megatron?
thanks!

i have the optima yellow top and there is a little clamp that holds the positive cable to the battery tray i had to remove that clamp, but it fits pretty good. i think the red top is the same size as the yellow.

You can bend the clamp/bracket a little and it will work.
