does anyone think that a 3SGE that was modded to perform like the Altezza's(rev to 8k & 200 hp) could be costomized to have VVTL-i, maybe it could get up to 240 hp. if this happened would anyone put it in their car for a reasonable price????? thumbsdown thumbsup thumbsdown thumbsup confused

well the 2zz has, from what i've heard, thin cylinder walls so 2.0L is dangerous. i figure if i take a 3sge from an Altezza that redlines at 8k like the japanese 2zz and add lift to it, it might get 120 hp/liter. the whole lift portion of the 2zz has to do with oil delivery, different size cam lobes(lift/non-lift), and special rocker arms. so if anyone knows of a machine shop that can do these things let me know and i'll sell my 2zz for the "hybrid" 2zz/3sge. and to top it all off, how many parts are available for the 3sge which happens to be inside the previous modle JGTC racing supra?? thumbsup ... road hungry tasty
