Seems like LEXUS, BMW AND MERCEDES all treat thier customers like royalty. (Of course if you spend this much you should be treated this way...)
To get good service at all of the other dealerships is pure luck.
In Austin i have only found one decent Toyota dealership out of four.
Anyone else have the same problem?

My brother bought a Jetta from the Jetta dealership. They treat him like king. Send him flowers every week for like a months. Whenever he goes there for an oil change they gave him a brand new jetta to drive + detail his car so clean. I'm freaking jealous. hehe, toyota suck big time...!

There's only one Toyota dealer here, so I don't have much of a choice. They're alright, they always change the oil in 30 mins of less & they have installed some of my parts at a reasonalbe price. The only thing that I don't like is that they sell TRD parts at the MSRP.

Toyota dealerships!! they fuck you, they fuck you, they fuck you!!! but they did repair my headlight cause of the condensation, but not the belt noise and wiper! fuck em!!! yeah and did they get me a loaner? NOOOOO!!!!
