None. You can still hookup amps to it the old school way, but it won't sound nearly as good.

pre-outs? on the factory tank? errr deck. HAHAHAHA, technically you could hook up a crappy amp from the harness, but I wouldn't recomend it.

on the gt it's a tall and pain in the ass order. But what you could do however I wouldn't recomend it would be to cut the speaker wires a little ways away from the harness giving yourself plenty of working wire, and connect all the right speakers in series and the left speakers in series, then connect what's left to an rca cable that has the RCA jacks of one end removed and connect that to your amp and then from there reverse the process to get back out to the speakers. I'm not sure why you'd do this with the factory head unit, since it's not putting out much sound for the amp to work with, and the gains with a stock head unit and stock speakers (assuming) is going to be not much. I'd say the amp is just assisting in the slow blow out of your stock speakers. Unless you upgraded them.

its only a 250 watt amp. all MTX, so they dont need as much power for good sound. as for the speakers, the tweeters are stock, but the rest are boston acoustics. i was just curious as to how they wired this all up.

if you have the stock headunit, why bother doing any modifications to the speakers?

the 6 speaker GT system sounds pretty good, if you add amps/etc, you really should get a headunit as well.

If you replaced your speakers the amp wiring would be a lot easier since you already have the speaker wire to work with no cutting required, so I'm guessing they did both at the same time?

I have a GTS and I put my Pioneer DEH-7500 in it and I really dont need an amp. The stock highs/mids sound great.

OR you could do it the EASY WAY, and get a thing called a "line-output converter" bam wire it in and you have rcas smile no need to spend an hour or more doing it, only about 10minutes smile goto best buy and get it for 21.99 or curcuit city for 23.99 or cartoys for 29.99. either way thats what you need wink
