Brighter Reverse Signal Bulbs?

sup, so i was driving around the other night and i saw this celica making a left turn and his rear signal bulbs were a bit brighter than stock and looked like the MTECH low beams (hyperwhite). I was wondering if you guys knew of any type of specific brand that makes these products becuz im going to get my tails tinted soon
