Does anyone know how to remove the shift knob of a manual Celica

I have been trying to figure out how to take the darn thing off but Im afraid of breaking it. If anybody knows how to take it off please let me know. Thanks!

try to tighten the screws in teh momo knob

you are using the correct insert right

when you put in a diff. shift knob do you just screw it back in or are there scews involved??
