What's the best shocks and springs for a dailey driven Celica?

Hey ppl just wondering from your experience or knowledge what is good? At first I just wanted to lower my car but if I can find a set of shocks then I'll try to get both. I was thinking about about eibach sportlines for springs but I don't know anything about which shocks.
