Rim question.
What size rims are a good size for the Celica? Both Circumfrence and Width. Also if I found a rim I liked made for a truck or other vehicle, would I still be able to use them on my Celi?

18". Probably not because the offset or bolt pattern probably isn't right.

Some wheel websites have it so you can search for your car specifically but if it doesn't have that, then basically all you can do is either go to the wheels website or search google for the wheel. Also you might want to check out www.wheelspecs.com to see if there's any info on it there.

You could go from a 18x7-18x8.5, possibly 18x9.
