with my aem cai my engine rattles or something rattles when i get up to 4k and only when the car is moving, any ideas. the bumper is tight i just checked it, i cut away all wheel well plastic, and repositioned my cai, its def from inside the bay.

Did you leave any tools in there? grin I know it sounds stupid but it actually happened to me once... after I installed my Injen CAI I left a pair of pliers in there! Everytime I revved above 3K it would start rattling, thought it was the Intake at first until I popped the hood. Felt kinda dumb but it's a stupid and common mistake! thumbsup

i check where my air filter is, its like <-------> that far from the bumper, mabe thats it?

move ur filter back a lil bit..that might help..did you use the vibra washer to hold ur Intake tube down??? check that too.
