yea it will give you some gains, a good amount, it is mostly for a rebuild if you engine dies, that is one mod for a rebuild...

Catcams makes cams for the GT. I've been in conact with their USA distributor and they are currently testing them on an MR2 Spyder.
As far as a GTS goes though, I do not believe that aftermarket cams can be made for it.

that pic with the pistons and connecting rods has a crankshaft... not cams.

i believe that's a bigger piston, you'll need to bore out yours to make them fit... if that's the same kit i saw.
