Few Quick Interior Questions...

How do you take off the cover for the Power Windows Control? It looks like it's just a clip but i couldn't seem to get it apart...

Also...How to get the tweeter cover and the Mirror control covering off? I'm assuming just pop em off, but is there and "easy" way of doing it? B/c when i tried they didn't want to bidge and i was just going to scrath up my door paneling...
