You shouldn't even have needed to mess with the ecu tube for the aem cai???????

As for the shaking noise...here are some possibilities:
1.You didn't tighten everything as you should have...especially the connector flange on the fender well.

2. You didn't position the Intake tubing far enough away from the fender or fender plastic...thus the rattling sound.

3.You didn't cut a big enough hole in the fender well plastic for the Intake to have a little room to move. The whole engine moves slightly when you use the gas...so this is going to move the Intake as well, thus, check the size of the hole and make it a little larger.(Use a razor blade cause it cuts it like butta).

First check to make sure everything is tight...then, if the problem still pursists...cut the plastic better and reposition the Intake...in that order. My aem cai Intake has been on for over a year and I haven't had any noises or problems. Good luck bro.

I had the same problem, man. Dude i had to sand the adapter end a little to make it fit and even then it took me, my brother, and then my dad all of us alternating to finally pop it in! I don't know what's up with aem on that part when we measured the circumferenc the adapter was clearly larger than the hole it was suppose to go into! Goodluck!

yeah, the piece that goes in the radiator is tough to get in... use some type of lubricant and just keep trying. It took me like 30 minutes until it popped in

Took me 5 mins to get it into the radiator. Just manage a little hammer down into there and give it a few taps. Don't even have to hit it that hard.

It's easy, don't worry about it. Only the mechanically inclined will have a problem or two.

i think my aem cai was messed up during manufactoring, because the air sensor tube isnt where it is in that guys pics. U know that hole that you screw the sensor too, well that isnt down there near where the stock one was, instead its all the wy up at the top, right next to the throttle body! THe rubber grommet that holds the Intake to the engine will be pushed up against it, thats how foar up it is. Idk if this is some new design or if its messed up, ne info would be good. thnks
