does the trd wing fit on the celica without modification? or do i have to drill holes

You have to drill holes, but not as many as you would have to drill if you didn't already have a spoiler on your car to begin with.

And don't worry about the hole drilling part. I drilled mine and they looked like shit, all jagged and stuff. The spoiler comes with plastic pieces that you pop into the holes, and then receive the bolts from the spoiler meaning that you will get a perfect fit regardless.

but it'll cover up the stock holes right? what i'm concerned about is that i have to get those holes bondo and painted

The TRD wing uses the stock holes, but it also requires you to drill a few more holes for mounting purposes. You might also have to drill an additional hole for the wire harness to pass through if your spoiler has a 3rd brake light.

Just make sure that you get an authentic spoiler, or else it might not line up with the stock holes correctly, and then you might have to fill them in.
