35-42 offset should work, you said 35 so you will be ok. Our bolt pattern is 5x100 which you know so you need to find that out. About your wheel lock, its in the trunk with your spare tire, attached by a zip tie to your lug wrench. At least thats where they are when the factory installs them, if the dealer did it for you as an option you could have a problem.

his link says 5x100 but he does not know the pattern of his friends wheel.
What kind of car is the wheel on now, that could help us get to the bottom of this.

The tire size is a bit large, so your speedo will be a bit off, but nothing too noticeable. I was going to go with that tire size on my car, but heard too many conflicting stories regarding rubbing. Most people said that there will be none, but the few that said they had some, swayed me away from it. But I still think it should be good. Also your car will be 1" higher with those tires then stock and you will have less wheel gap.

As long as the bolt pattern is 5X100 you are good to go.

You will most likely have to buy hubcentric rings in order to make sure the wheels do not oscilate.

No problem. I do not see any reason not to buy them. My comments were not meant to disway you, just inform. 80% of aftermarket wheels would probably require hubcentric rings.
