Well at first I thought I spun a rod bearing but I really dont think thats it so I need some advice. Anywhere from 3000rpms and above it makes a knocking sound and it only knocks during acceleration but the funny thing is the higher I rev the engine the knock starts to go away. Also say Im in 2nd gear doing 40 my rpms are like at about 4500 and it knocks pretty loud but when I let off the gas and the rpms start to go down the knock goes away. Ive checked with a stetescope and it sounds like the noise is coming from the transmission but I dont know if it traveling from the engine into the transmission also when I listened to the block I cound barely hear the knock. Please if anyone has experienced this problem please let me know what is wrong with my baby. Thanks David
