friday night real late at night drivin home and out of nowhere blue lights start flashing from behind. he goes w/ my info or whatever and when he comes back he hands me the ticket but there's no price on it or no number or anything. i had my sub control almost all the way down its such bullsh1t.
someone was sayin if i show up on my court date and say i want to dispute if the officer isn't there they'll just dismiss the ticket. is that true?
I know in Jersey, everytime I got a ticket for dispute if the cop didn't show up the first time, they can postpone it once. This is to give you a chance to plea it down with the prosecuter.
