I'm prepping my engine bay and I'd like it to be spotless before installing all my mods. What do you guys recommend to thoroughly clean everything?

Just hit everything up with simple green or some kind of degreaser.

do you just spray water in the engine bay? would it affect anything? what do you need to cover or be careful about?

^^yes you can spray water in there...nothing will be harmed..if you have a shortram Intake, don't shoot it though...

you can use spray nine, simple green, an all purpose cleaner, or engine cleaner...
anything that you find really.
