i did the same thing once. but it just scraped the lip really bad and scrached the bumper abit. didn't really do much damage. post pics of teh damage and we'll evaluate it more. did you rip off any of the mounting points.

yeah 3 of the parts on the bumper that bolt onto the chassis ripped, 2 on the top by the headlight and one in the wheel well by the corner lense. im gonna try bonding some washers to it and put it back on, right now im bumpreless. the rings ripped but theres none of it missing so it can probobally be fixed

not as bad as me.. my car isnt lowered so my friends and my gf skipped school and went to the beach. (you can drive on it) so being me i decide i can make it im goin good til i c a dip in the sand and it too late. BOOOOOOOMMM sand goes on the windshield. i get out and the my blitz kit is half way ripped off. half buried in the sand. It was horrible. i get out and drive home. so i got caught skippin school and wrecked my car lol .. But its kew already got my bomex kit now. live and learn
sounds real bad. but the bumper is totally replacable, well if i were you i would just replace the front bumper, i'm sure you can find one on the forums.
yeah today i got some washers from the store and used them to pinch the broken mounting points, its temporary until i get a new one but is driveable now, i might get an estimate next weekend on getting it replaced and the thing that bent on my drivers side fender
