good question, i was wondering the same thing...

what kind of seats did you get?

if the airbag LCD blinks, does that mean that the entire air bag system is non-functional?

It's all good I just wanted to make sure you were talking about the right guy thumbsup

Ok if you unplugged the seat and then the light came on, it sounds like a closed-loop sensor.

Otherwise the light should've stayed off it you unplugged the seat.

mmmmmmm...I'll look into it.

I couldn't find exactly how to disable the guy, but I did find that the wires for teach of the side air bags that come from the seats run to a sensor assembly behind each of the rear panels near the cupholders.

Driver's seat wire goes to the drivers side rear panel.

Passenger's seat wire goes to the passenger side rear panel.

That's the best I could do, sry. frown
