go with? After much research and reviews it looks like I've decided on the TRD exhaust since it was dynoed with the best torque and horsepower gains (plus a sweet and unobtrusive noise decible). I just don't know if the standard or extended length is the way to go. Although I'm a little iffy on the straight pipe look on the end I don't plan on getting a body kit anytime soon. I have read somewhere that I can always extend the standard length version down the road if I choose. I dunno... confused

I'm thinking of getting my exhaust done...

I have to get emissions tested this weekend, but after that, BYE BYE emissions equipment and Hello re-programmed computer and lots of smog.

I say get the extended. This way you'll save yourself some trouble if you get a body kit in the future. If you don't it still looks good on a stock rear bumper.

cheapest retail seems to be from www.trdracing.com [trdracing.com] for $475. there's always the occasional ebay item which i've seen sold as low as $200. it'll be a while until i get mine since i'm going to concentrate on upgrading my suspension (b&g coilovers, hotchkis rear camber links and front strut bar w/camber plates, trd sway bars, hypermotive rear 3 piece stress bar and suspension techniques' bushings) and my transmission (MAYBE a trd jdm lightweight flywheel, clutch set and lsd).
