okiez people...i really need your help on this...a sound that i never heard it before...if i drove around 40 mph or everytime i hit acceleration and clank clank clank sound from the engine...what that sound of...is it the lift bolt...or something else...please let me know...i need help on this...it happen for weeks now...it getting worst...also i have 2000 gts manuel at 63000 w/ injen cai...hopefully this help out...

sounds to me like the same thing thats happening to my car and my friend who is a mechanic told me it was a rod bearing

 That sounds exactly right, if it's more like a knocking sound .. could be bent or thrown rod ... yikes! Hope you've got a warranty, might need a new motor!

any noise from the engine is no good. take it straight to someone who knows about ur car. good luck, start saving money
