I don't be able to submit my ride Modification (Exterior, Interior, motor, ...)

I put my modification but when I return to see if all it's okay, There is nothing ???

I already put pic, and other information but I don't be able to put my Ride Modification ?????????????

Mine works. Try it again. Sometimes EC has it's glitches, so you gotta wait a minute or two.
