i would...wait a minute i am gonna Turbo my automatic
i dont see why people advise against it
the only problem i see with Turbocharging a auto gts is that you have to lower the compression i think

i would rather supercharge an auto than Turbo because you will have lag with the Turbo and with the supercharge you will have power right whenu step on the gas and that is what an auto needs

Exactly. I think you'd have FAR more improvement in 1/4 times with supercharging an auto than you would supercharging a 6 speed, just because the torque down low would finally be getting past the problem of the 4-speed having such a tall 1st gear. I'd love to try it if TRD would make a FRIGGIN HOOD THAT FIT THEIR S/C angry angry

probably yea, supercharger will give you good gains from start, in the end it will be slower, but the auto doesnt rev high already, so you wont even feel 50% of Turbos power gain. ^^^ get nawwwwz

Either way, it will still run around what a stock six speed runs. Waste of money if you ask me.

Turboed GTS that cost over $30k between car and mods won't touch a modded Civic hatch that probably cost $20k for the new car and mods.

It's about doing what you want, not getting the MOST possible speed for the money. Some people have an auto and just want a faster auto. spineyes
