I am trying to find the best set up for my car, I have a 2001 Toyota celica, GT, liquid sliver. The first modification with no problems is going to be tinting the windows, though i still need advice on amount of tint, also if any one knows of a Sweet looking body kit (4 piece, no spoiler needed) for a reasonable price please tell me about it. Moreover though does any one know if i could put on 19in rims with out a suspension upgrade? or modification?? i am looking towards putting on 19 in 5 spoke alloys and a 4 piece kit, and maybe an exhaust system intake-headers-and exhaust. If you can help me, please reply

p.s. im in Colorado

it would probably look weird with 19" and no drop just get trd springs if you dont want to drop to low! and as far as kits there are probably around 40or 50kits available for the celica so what is your preference, do you want it big or small, eurethane or fiberglass? the exhaust is a good way to go, but i would start with a intake most of them guys over there in the states start with that seems to be a good upgrade! thumbsup

how´s it hangin´

well, it depends on if you are going for looks or performance. You could put some 19s on your car, there are a few out there, some are on this board. If you have 19s though, they will weigh your car down. As for performance mods, if you are looking for bolt ons, start with intake then exhaust. Go with cat back or get a custom exhaust. Then get headers. Or, save up your money and get a turbo.
I went Injen CAI, then Tanabe SRM exhaust, then I am getting headers (waiting to see what trial does with the GT, the GTS gains were awesome), and then I will get a high flow cat with custom piping down to the muffler. As for looks I just have wheels, waiting for the drop and then possibly a body kit. There are tons of kits available, just look around you'll pick up some things as you go.
Good luck man, PeaceOut and welcome to the board.

19"s without a suspension upgrade would look odd imo.

e-mail my buddy and ask him about 19's.
tell him pete00 sent you.
he has yet to put on the rims, but i saw the tires. profile is so low its scary.

Bolt ons include things such as CAI (cold air intake), exgaust, headers, downpipe, things that are not internal. There are many websites you can purchase these mods from, if you want to know specifics just ask around and people will point you in the right direction.
Check the Group Buys forum for things on sale, you might be able to find some things in there, or just post a thread saying what you are looking for and other will reply.
