ok, today i was drivin the car kinda hard. raced a little bit on the freeway from 60 to 100 a cuple times, and took looping freeway entrances at very high speeds. then when i was almost home and taking a corner very slowly (about 10mph) i hear this, squeek squeek sound, and after listening to it for a minut i realize that the faster the wheel turns the faster the sound goes, so i know it has somehting to do with the front left wheel (where the sound was coming from). could i have bent something? fuck, and i was planning on going to the track tomarow frown . what should i do?

Just make sure everything's cool with the disk & nothing is loose. Drive it around a bit more at low speed with the radio off. Take a few turns slowly. I really don't know what it is in your case but try to pinpoint the squeak a little more. R U sure it's definitely coming from there?

you could always swap your front left an right tires and see if the problem switches sides
if it does, then its your tire, if it doesnt the problem exists somewhere on that side of the axle...
thats what i did for a problem i had a month ago

yeah, have you been doing a lot of heavy braking or are they just really old pads? might need to replace them.

On just about every car theres a little metal piece thats called a screamer, and it makes your breakes squeal when you hit the brake. It rubs on the rotor when your brake pads get worn down do a certain point. The squeeking is happens in slower speeds, and when the brake is depressed more.

Doesn't it damage the rim to drive with loose bolts?
