hey guys, im planning on getting 17x7 5zigen fno1r-c from wheelmax.com. the wheel and tire packages they have are
$1099 - 205/40
$1150 - 215/45
$1199 - 235/45

i called them and they said the tires that come with them are Hankook Ventus HRII H405

what do you guys think about the size and price as well? i think i should go with the 215/45 but if 205/40s are ok, might as well go with those to save some money.

Those are great wheels. I'm considering picking them up also. Congratulations! For the tire sizes. 205 is too small and 235 may be too big for 17x7. 235 should fit, but 215 or 225 would be ideal in 45 or 40 aspect ratio.

what ever you don't go over 17", over 17" you can start having probs. due to the small size of the side wall, there isn't as much absorption and the road will get too ruff on you car [/color]

215 40 will be really close for your spedo. If your spedo reads 60, you'll actually be doing 59.2 or something. Just a bit under which beats a bit over IMO.
