To receive paypal payments made by credit card, it says that I have to upgrade my account. I know it lists a fee schedule, 2.9% or whatever. Are there any more fees above the transaction fee? Like a onetime setup or monthly fee? The payment is for like 5 bucks, and I don't want to end up paying $30.00 for it for some reason.

I have recieved a charge from paypal, except to withdrwa cash, 3%.
when i upgraded my account by adding my debt card i was not charged.

basically if you're getting money you get charged a bit.. then you get charged a tad bit more if its coming from a credit card..soooo if you send money its free.. if you want to screw the person you're sending money to.. use a credit card
