Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Sound of the Hotshot Header?

Here's my dilemma ... I want to install the HS Header in my GT but I will be trading the car in next summer.

I have all of the stock parts left after installs (airbox, exhaust etc.) but I will NOT put the stock header back in there.

How do you think the car will sound with the stock airbox, stock exhaust and just the HS header? Will it be loud enough for the potential seller to know its been modified?

I'd guees that it would be bassier, and a bit louder but I've never actually heard the header installed before.

A lot of people on here have the header, NorwayGT just installed, you can try pm-ing him or other HS header owners and as what they think

dont even bother installing it.. just sell it to somebody on this site that would need it more than you

Is your car on lease?

it shouldn't be too noticeable, sound-wise, if everything else is stock... that's what I have right now - just pulley and header
