ez, did it this weekend... only hard part is the belt tensioner.reason it was hard was b/c i didn't know which bolt it was.


just remember its the bolt that is "casted" on the arm. its 3/4 in size. and what will make the install even easier is if you get a hollow pipe big enough to fit the wrench in, cause it really hard to move the belt tensioner and if you have leverage it will make it 100000 times easier.

other then that, its just 3 bolts that hold on the alt.

try to keep the belt on the pulleys, but it will prob fall off, but try to keep it on there. its easy to put back on with a really long screw driver but its just annoying.

that intsall that nate posted is what i used. just couldn't figure out the arrow in the pic.

no, nothing needs to be removed. i mean you have to remove the engine plastics but you dont have to remove anything

finished putting it in, that tensioner was a pain in my ass, also, the bottom bolt is hard to loosen because you cant get full turns from the wrench, you have like 2inches to move the wrench..so that was a pain too...thanks for the info
