I am seriously considering a Turbo kit for my gt. However, my only concern is that I already have 70,000.00 miles on my car and a few more years worth of payments. I would like some opinions of anyone that already has a Turbo on theirs (or knows of someone). How many miles has it been on your car? And how often do you push it hard. I have heard a well maintained Turbo can last you a while, but is it possible to get 200,000 miles out of my car (like my old celica) with something like this on it? Or even somewhat close? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

I have heard that superchargers are more reliable, but they only have one for the gt I hear, and it can't fit with our stock hoods, and it doesn't give the horsepower gain I am looking for. I wish more companies would start making these for us. The only two that I am looking at is the DA sports kit and the SF kit. So...anyone...anyone...Bueller...Bueller...

i have looked into a Turbo for my gt from da sports
they took a gt with 10000 miles or 20000, i dont remember
and installed a Turbo on it
they later disassembled the engine at about 66000 miles and all the stock internals were fine
this is what the guy at da told me
personally i am going to invest in a Turbo a few months from now rice

I just got done watching "the girl next door" good movie. But I might be leaning towards the SF kit due to it putting out about 20 more horsepower and it has a blow off valve. I want the psssssst sound so I can impress the ladies...I'm hoping a cool car will get me laid. =)

I have been calling those guys about twice a day with questions. They are also going to e-mail me instructions when they are available so I can get an even better understanding of their kit. I like to research every aspect before I throw down a large chunk of change.
