The wheels on the car are 18" Racing Hart Z5000. That wheel has been discontinued for over a year now. You can try to buy used ones, or there are a couple of copies out there (there used to be more).
Your choices are:

There is also Katana T5
But I think they have been discontinued too. However some stores might still have them.
