i have been trying to decide on CAI's for a while now...i am going to ask my dealer next week about if any intake will not void my warranty...it seems that the consensus is the AEM is better in the low range and the injen is better in the high RPM's...with an automatic transmission i dont find myself getting into the high range RPM's for a long time...would the AEM be better in this situation? also i live in new england and if you dont know the weather can be crazy!!! is it dangerous to drive with a CAI installed when it 5 below??

You are right about AEM being better in the low end. Since you have an automatic, you may want to think about a short ram intake. Its your call, but in my opinion I think that short rams are better for autos. But if you want a CAI, AEM is probably the better choice for you if you are looking for a better low end gain.

The temperature will not make a difference with a CAI.

Hope that helps.

go with Injen, I've heard less check engine light complaints with it and it performs better at high RPM's. It is also CARB APPROVED
