defroster clicking noise

everytime i turn on and off my defroster
it makes a clicking noise
enybody know why

ya i get that in my moms corolla too... right behind the dash gauges right?

i think its normal...not sure.. doesn't really bother me tho

ok ok, everyone and anyone whose anybody, please check if the defroster makes a click sound when you press it, (key in on position of course), iight peace

that is the sound of the defroster relay.

If you DON'T hear the sound, you need to replace the relay grin
