thats what I need an install guide for the gauge pod (the one in the ecelica store) and the gauges that go in it like the oil pressure and volt gauge (or any of them), with pics if possible.

I have done a search and all I have learned is I am not the only one to ask this question (they didn't get answers). Please Help!

gen I would love to help but I really, really don't feel like taking my pod off to take pics...sorry frown

but the install in simple ... the gauges you buy will come with their own install guide and brackets.

The gauge pod goes up where the A-pillar is and you use a self-tapping screw to hold it in place.

I tried double-sided tape and velcro but neither of them hold it tight enough.

best i can do it take a pic of it installed.

hard no, time consuming yes ... as long as you don't get a gauge that requires a mechanical hook-up like a pressure gauge it's really easy you just have to find the right wire to tie into.

I have a voltmeter and the air/fuel meter ... both are electronic hookup only.

for a oil pressure gauge you don't have to have a shop do it. Just make sure you know what you are doing, otherwise just have the shop tie into the oil line with the pressure sensor and then you can finish doing to wiring to save yourself money grin

I got it from beto ( thelostrican ) in an ebay auction.

They sell it in the store as well, I didn't know it at the time.

https://celicahobby.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=27&products_id=99

I had to sand out the gauge holes to make the gauges fit and then I got the pillar professional finished and color-matched to my car. I did both the driver's and passenger side (no gauges) pillars so they match.

Came out nice thumbsup

well, they voltmeter came with the color caps ... so it can be green, red, or white ... I got it red, looks nice.

The air/fuel meter is just red, amber, or green depending on the mixture at the time ... no backlighting in this one.

here's another shot

Yeah but the one there is just an overlay that you put on the stock pillar the one in the store here is a full replacement.

Two totally different products.
