Hey, i ordered the Vizage Urethane Lip kit for my Celi, and since for the most part its all just add-ons, couldnt i save money and just paint it myself and stuck it on there. I mean i know how to do stuff. You guys think that would be a good idea? or still get it professionally installed. Also, if it is a good idea, where can i get some Facory Celica Carbon blue paint/ or somehting that loks that same and will work equally as well. ( because thats the color of my ride)

Well Im sure you could install it yourself. I have the vizage kit and everything seems real straight forward. Painting on the other hand...I would let a professional do that unless you have like your own dust free room with all the tools and stuff...but that's just me thumbsup

If you don't have a paint booth, get it done proffesionally.

My car might be slow, but at least it looks nice!

I fancy myself a paint expert around here, and even though I know how to do the paint work, because i don't have a big enough paint booth to do a body kit in, i am going to have a shop do mine. That's my advice, take it how you will.

i know how much trouble it is to paint and make it look good. unless you have a state of the art paint booth, my advice is to take to a professional, so if it turns out like shit, you can blame them. there are a lot of variables when shooting paint, how much dust in the air, moisture, time of day, temperature, etc. o ya and clearcoat, damn thas another thing you have to worry about. well this are all the factors you have to contend with in order to get a good paint job. one thing is for sure, you can mess up really easily.

if you find a good hookup, you shouldn't pay more than about $75 per piece
