If the CAI is from Injen then you can just clean it. You don't have to ever replace it. But if you filter is torn or something like that you can check the ECelica store or Injen's home page. http://www.injen.com/filters.html

everyone i have talked to recommened replacing it over cleaning, they all said that 9 times out of 10 you get either way too much or way too little filter oil on the filter and end up affecting you preformance or clogging up your mass air sensor. so, for peace of mind i will buy a new one, i just need to find one

I can understand that.
Check the ECelica Store or talk to Isaac.
Just keep in mind that it's gonna cost you more in the long run to keep replacing the filter every time it gets dirty.

I'm gonna take your little Civic. Dust it off. Turn it sideways and stick it straight up you candy A*s.

cleaning it - from $8 to $10 for a package that can be used several times

replacing it - $45+ for the filter

...

you should clean it every 6 months or when it's dirty... in SoCal that means about every 4 months rofl
