Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior E-Celica's lighting package turning signal light bulbs

I had purchased the complete lighting package from e-celica and the blue turn signals did not fit in the socket and I was totally bumbed out. has that happened to n e one else and does n e one have n e ideas on what I should do about it?

There's a whole thing about it here in the installs section I think.

NO aftermarket turn signal bulb (1156) will fit the celica, because of the way the notches are set-up.

That doesn't mean you can't use them though. What you have to do is just get some nail clippers and clip off one of the notches and will fit fine
