Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior TRD Plat Gauge

Are there many people here that have purchased the TRD Platinum Gauge face? From previous posts it looks like I have only seen 1 or 2 people/pictures with it.

What's everyones opinion on this face... is it too expensive (~$120?) for how it looks? I really like the color of it, however, is there another one that looks similar that might be a better deal?

hey thanks, although I think I still like the look of the TRD one better. It doesn't seem as though the cutouts for CEL, and airbag are that apparent on it... in comparison to the others.

the trd is good but personally, not for the price (i got one last year). the colors are muttled in some areas and you HAVE to get red leds/bulbs (for the tach/speedo) because the fonts are red. russ's are much better in quality imho (i've hung out with him while he installed my leds) but i liked the trd logo (makes my car go faster ).

So the TRD one looks like garbage without different leds? (why would they do that?)

I like the silver/black one at RJ's, but I can't picture how that would look having black numbers.

trd's looks so-so with the orange but doubt any other color would work other than red. why would they do that? trd logo is red... trd likes messing with us celica owners.

I would like to gat a TRD Platinum Gauge face..They look so awesome, but the price is tooooo much.. I haven being checking Ebay, and most of the gauges sucks and look cheap.. so I gess I'll check those two websites that they posted...
