Don't know for sure, but probably not. Think about it, you have a translucent cover over your lights. The lighting won't be the same but will probably be enough. It is illegal to have them in most states.

don't be fooled! They may be legal in your state DURING THE DAY, but in many states you must remove them during night driving (california, for example).
