I had the popping noise with my apr bar. I got my bar a year before I installed my springs and struts. With the stock suspension I had no problems. After I installed my H&R springs & KYB AGX struts I had the popping noise. At first I thought that it was the springs or struts not being installed properly. I reinstalled my springs & struts 3 times and still had that popping noise. On a whim I decided to take off my APR strut bar and no popping noise.
For all you people that have APR bars did you lower your car before or after you installed your bar. I think this may make a differce in whether you get that popping noise. Maybe the bar got "conformed?" to what ever suspension you had at that time and changing your suspension throws it out of place or something. Just speculating here.

I had my car lowered first with eibach springs then got the APR Strut bar, no popping. But I also changed my suspension after the springs were installed for a couple of months and went with Tein Super Street Dampers, still having no popping noise.
