hey sorry this isn't directly related to celica, but i need to use it to get my new pics up!

my mom bought a digital palmcorder like 3 years ago, and never could figure out how to get media off of the camera onto the computer...we both have macs and we can't get a USB h okup to fit our computer and our camcorder. we have thte software and everything...if it helps the model number is pv-dv400d and it's a panasonic. help please!

go to panasonic's website and use their tech support resources.

you can use firewire with mac's...


IDK if your camera supports it though.

also, you should have free phone tech support for 1 year (if your product is registred). if you can't find the problem on panasonics web resources, i suggest making a phone call
