Is there anyway I can replace the bulbs for foglight w/o taking off the bumper? I know it's not hard to take the bumper off but I know I will make some scratch on it when I do so. I already try to take the plastic cover pieces off under the car. but there is not enough place for me to take the bulb off. I know somebody has did it. Please help.

hate to tell you, but it's practically impossible to do without removing the bumper - anyone who has done it, I'd like to see it!

...Unbolt the plastics attached to the lower part of your front bumper (under your car), then pull the plastics down and reach up-behind the fog lamp enclosures and remove the old bulb and replace with new bulbs. there should be about 9 bolts attaching your plastics under the car. Hey isaac, those are great pics, but those are with the bumper entirely removed. Have you actually done the method you described (only unbolting the plastic under the bumper)? It seems almost impossible unless your hands are the size of a two year olds

I did it again just 2 weeks ago when I had to reach up and handle some rattling noise around the top of the radiator and the Celicas crash-bar. I find it hard to believe that when you take your car to Toyota for a light bulb replacement that the dealership is going to remove the whole front bumper (they may, but I highly doubt it) ... dont be afraid to bend your plastics... they are plastic and they will fold back - you have screws to re-attach them to their original locations
