I need to get rid of my lightning rod!

It has to go!

I need help, where can I get a new sleeker antenna. Tried looking at ebay but had no idea where to start or what was good and what was a gimmick.

Anyone have any links or ideas on what I need to replace the office pointer sticking out of my celica's backside!

if you wanna spend $30+ you can get a power antenna off ebay. I dont remeber the guy who I bought mine from, but it's an OEM power antenna & I've never had a problem with it.

Here's where you unscrew it from. Mine was on there pretty good, had to lean into it a bit.

oh yes, the s2k antenna. i think this is one of the best low costing mods you can do to your celica. way better than having that "lightning rod" stick up into the air. also, i don't even know why toyota would even put such a long antenna on a sports car anyway. this is a celica, we're talking about. not some ford escort or something. (no offense to the ford escorts!)

Nope, that's a different beast. It could probably be replaced. Keep your eyes out for destroyed celicas being parted out, and pick up the non retracting housing there...
