how much is a new stock front bumper from toyota? not the action package, just the normal stock bumper?

I believe they are about $185.00 unpainted.

Is there supposed to be a grille under the front bumper? I have a 2000 GTS, and there isn't one.

No they didn't start putting the grills in until 2001
