^^simple green, spray nine, engine degreaser, or a strong all purpose cleaner

i recommend a really good all purpose cleaner if it's REALLY dirty, or spray nine and soap for normal cleaning...

you should keep it clean every two weeks or one depending on your weather (dust, poop, pee, whatever)

The best advice is to clean it regularly so it never gets really dirty. If you do that, you'll only need a damp cloth (possibly a little soapy water) to take off any accumulation and you'll be set.

Don't let it go and you won't have to work hard to clean it up thumbsup

Good old Clorox will do the job every time. Just straight from the bottle, then hose it off! thumbsup

I wish I had done that years ago. That's the way to go. I've used Sray Nine. It's alright, but not great. My engine isn't filthy, but I wish I would have keep it clean like any other part on my Celica from day one. Makes it easier and always clean.
