HKS Hyper. I love it and it's not too loud.
Some people say that they have had problems w/ it rusting though. Mine's going one two years w/ no rust.

I'm gonna take your little Civic. Dust it off. Turn it sideways and stick it straight up you candy A*s.

Tanabe isn't considered to be quiet. wtf Your best bet would probably be the Greddy Evo.

Espelir JGT500 - extremely deep tone, sounds incredible

After a time, you may find that having is not so pleasing a thing, after all, as wanting. It is not logical, but it is often true.

you just put the silencer on and it'll make any exhaust quiet grin

TUM is pretty quiet, it has a really deep tone, kind of sounds like a growl tasty

Veilside Tear Drop! Quieter than any exhaust listed. And I ain't kidding. Most of these are 96 db's at 3000 rpms. THe tear drop is 92! YAY! Plus it only weighs 8 pounds! Never rust either... And it is sexy...and it is Veilside...and Veilside is sex... thumbsup
