Uh... I don't quite get the question.

BTW, I love your sig... but it's about four times too big. Shrink it... but keep it!

sorry guys, learning the photo shop thing as we speak. About the question, last year I was checking out the installs and I saw the DOOR AJAR BEEP removal info and now it's not there! I'm pretty sure it was Everthingcelica!

Hmm... I'm sure someone here will be able to help you out. It's possible that it was posted, but not "stickied" as an install guide. I'll do a search and see what I can find.

Just close the door if you don't want to hear the door ajar beep... or turn your key in the ignition all the way just before starting the car and after accessory, the beep will go away after about 10 seconds... or close the door securely grin

I think the guide you have mistaken is this one...
take the key out of the ignition

there was no other guide here to what your talking about

Uh hello isaac, you don't want to turn the ignition on. On older cars the coil would burn out, I not sure that it would happen with the 2K and up celica, but that is why they make the accessory mode. Don't write crap about the key in the ignition, NO S---!! the install was on this site and the author was a Admin maker or someone who posted the majority of the installs!!!! I'm not the most knowledgeable about this new celica but I know my way around cars, I don't want to touch anything I don't know about. The author stated that this mod would change the factory alarm or something along those lines!!!

let the SEARCH feature be your friend... its on the top and the bottom (ATLEAST two places) on every page of this website wave
type "AJAR" into search and see what the results will be rofl

All you have to do is unscrew the 2 screw's on the side of the steering wheel, and the top part of the cover comes right off. Then on the back righthand side you will see a while plug, it's a small one and all you have to do is unplug it. That's it Now you can leave your driver side door open and have your music playing without that annoying ass beeping noise. The only drawback is you might lock yourself out of the car, but this shouldn't be a problem if you lock your car with the remote key thing
