First of all, that is the Rod Millen Motorsports Celica.
That is not the celica GTS motor(2zz-ge). In fact it is the 3S-GTE motor with a HKS turbo upgrade and the vehicle is AWD thanks to a corvette rear axle.
Rod Millen Motorsports spent more than $100,000 on that car and it still has transmission problems so they just mainly use it for show purposes.
