Variable valve controler?

Hey does any one have any info on who or when a varaible lift controller would be (or is) available?????Waiting for the 6000 rpm sucks.

i feel your pain cry i think someone has to break the toyta ecu code first, than they could mess with, at least thats what my toyota mechanic friend said.

I heard some speculation of a vvtl-i controller. It is made by MTEC and is JDM. I also heard it isn't for vvtl-i but it works for it. There are some design flaws which include the absence of an a/f controller. I could be wrong though. If you want lift to engage earlier, my understanding is that you'll need to adjust a/f ratios which means dyno tuning. confused
